In NY my friends were Chet, Brock, Lucas, Jared, Walter, Raymond, Christopher, Louis, Martino and Lee.*
In Israel my friends are Achinoam, Almog, Chaim, Dikla, Dorit, Eliezer, Gadi, Gali, Gidi, Gili, Guy, Liat, Lior, Liron, Na'ama, Nehama, Nili, Noa, Ofer, Ortal, Rinat, Shlomo, Vered, Vita, Yael, Yaki, Yaniv, Yehudah, Yochai, Yonatan, Yonni, Yoram.**
What ever happened to Adam, Jacob, Joseph, Isaac, Rachel, Sarah and Esther? In America those are typical Jewish names. I have friends named each of those names. Israel always has to be different! What's the deal?
